I love it. The design is very professional, and I especially like the menu. The only thing I don't like is the use of frames and tables, but that's only a small problem. Good job overall.
Good looking site but might I suggest you use different names for your pages than index2, index3 etc. You can help search engines to find your pages if their name reflects their content.
You did very well on your website. The layout is excellent and easy to use. The colors go well together quite well. It also loads very quickly which is nice. Overall, I think you really hit an ideal layout here, nice job.

Suggestions, would be to find an alertanative for your iframe and make your filenames more relevant to the page itself (ie index-4.html could be eventos.html instead).
I don't know enough about all that search engine stuff, so I can't comment on that, but I suppose if you have a small market and are not keen on further development of your market, then the SEO is not a problem.
I further suppose that if your market is Spanish/Argentine then the lack of English is not a problem, either.

If you are producing this level and quality of site using tables and i-frames, I look forward to seeing what you will be doing once you find out how much more you can do with CSS. I'm just starting to learn web site design and CSS, too. Maybe you could review my site once I get hosted and uploaded?
The only design comment I would like to make is the colours are too dark for my personal preference. It looks good, but it is just that I prefer to use lighter colours in my designs. To each their own.

After browsing around your site I must say the layout design is awesome and it looks quite professional at first glance which is a very good thing for the site, because the first impression is also very important. The area which I feel where your site should consider are:
1). Vertical Scrolling bar inside the body: This can be annoying because people are used to scroll-up and down the main vertical scroll bar but not the one inside the body. This may be uncomfortable for many users or visitors to your site.
2). Menu and links: Below Menu Principal which seems to mean MAIN MENU you have four to give more menu, and if we place our cursor we can see that you have named them as index-1.html index-2.html and so on. I suggest that you name them signifying the pages. For example, Event link page file name doesn't need to be index-4.html but you can name it has events.html so that it will be easy to find when you want any modification to be made in it. This is not only good for you but also for the search engines. It becomes search engine friendly URL which is good for the site as people can find easily through search.

Hi, I know this site is not very artistic but I've created it so that it can be seen on a 28
kbps modem with decent speed. So that it doesn't take a lot of time to load. So I've
designed a template & used it to display page specific content. This helps me to cache the design &
logos and change the [age specific content at a decent rate. I have myself tried to load the pages
with 33 kbps modem and it loads in almost 5 secs for the first time and later for the next pages it
just loads in a flash. Man it's awsome. I didn't think it will work in thios....

I've always started projects and never finish because I try and do too much but this time I
figured out I really need my own protfolio site when going for a job you need one, people want to
see your work and having it online in one location would be much nicer then having them go to
different links, look in your CD/DVD or computer hard disk drives. I started this 2 days ago and
have the template almost solid. There is probably some bugs I'm missing but I'll try and
