| | A few months ago Phillips informed, that they are developing a new tipe of screen, which will be made in a way, that one would be able to roll it up like a paper. They said that they'll need aprox. 2 years till the first prototip, but they shortened this time A LOT and the first prototip is here.
Screen works in rolled-up mode too and if we want a bigger surface we just enrole it. It has 5 inches and it uses 320×240 resolution. It is 4-color black and white and the whole thing is only 10x6x2cm big so you can put it in your pocket.
This new machine, named Reader, is according to Phillips Polymer Vision, manufactorer of this thing, not ment for mass market but only to demonstrate how capable this screen is. Target group are mobile phones and that sort of "machinery". |

sounds more like it could be used for business meetings or possibley movie theatres, somehting always has a purpose and that purpose is to make money on it, plus when spend millions on something that you cannot makea profit off of? but it is a interesting concept though but, i could see having this could be a problem. For instance, it could be step on without anyone knowing, it could rip as well. but do keep us informed about this, btw what was the price tag for this?

The price tag would be good.......I think it would keep a pretty clean desk. Sounds like it has a ways to go but will get there. Hopefully not too soon i just got my first flat screen

A german company called Seimens has been developing this for quite a while longer. Read this when I was viewing as a guest. Paper Thin TV Screens49$ a square meter of it.

thats ratehr interesting. mabye one day worksheets for schools will be replaced by interactive paper which teaches the students everything haha. i laugh at it now, but i wouldnt be surprised if it were to come about one day. ;o

im sure most of you know the touch screen games (2) Im just wondering if anyone know of the Mega touch screen games , if you do is there a way to find

Lcd Screen Of Cellphone

and dvd to mp4 converter, however i have just one problem with it. it allows you to convert to a
number of sizes, and i have figured out that i must choose between two of them. they are displayed
as: -ipod touch mpeg-4 wide screen (720x406) and -ipod touch mpeg-4 extra (640x480) after doing
some research, i discovered that the ipod touch's screen size is actually 640x480, however
widescreen might also look better.... so which one? does anyone know?....

Error Screen During Launch Of Game
(0) I see that during launch of Yuri's revenge..and expansion pack of red alert 2.the funny part in
that the installation ommences without a hiccup.But after installation,when i launch the game,an
error appears saying that "main executalbe for yuri's revenge has encountered a problem needs to
be shut down"the wierd part is..the game runs perfectly in other systems.....and i even tryied
installing from another CD....even tried using a different CD for Red Alert 2..the base game needed

Screen Resolutions?
I need help on how to optimize for different screen resolutions. (3) I was just getting ready to put some finishing touches on my site,before I added any pages and I
started thinking about people with lower screen resolutions.So i read a few articles that said to
optimize for 1024x780,so I did and then I went back to my working resolution 1280x1024 and I sort of
didn't like what I seen.Does anyone know anything I could do to optimize for all screen

small screen feature in opera (2) press shift+f11 in opera to enable small screen mode, useful when you just want to do some reading
without having to scroll through images. i don't know why other browsers don't support zoom
in/out feature. this feature alone is enough for me to use opera instead of firefox.....

I need help with using codecs for CamStudio (2) I upgraded to vista, and i just love the os. It is fast stable, and real eye candy. Now i installed
most of necessary software without any problems, it's just now i tried to install CamStudio to
continue my Video tutorial lessons, but i found it very confusing couse Vista doesn't seem to
recognize video codec (found on the same page). I would really need help from video wiz guys if any
here on forum, couse i tried most codecs (microsoft video, intel video, mpeg-4, ffdshow, and

Win Xp Freeze At Login Screen
(4) When I start up the computer I get to the login screen and click on the appropriate account. Three
out of four times the keyboard and mouse will freeze and I am forced to reboot. This may happen

My monitor goes blank right as the Windows Welcome screen should appre (5) I hadn't been able to play the Sims 2, and I figured out it was because my video card wasn't
supported. So I went out and picked up a cheap GeForce FX 5200 ($50) and installed it in my
