nice forum you got there muted,but the only bad thing is the skin,lol wont you feel proud and good if you made something on your own,this is what i used to do b4 but i realized how much better it feelz when u make sumtin urself,even its ugly shyt it dun matter its better than tryin than to use sumone elses stuff no offense just a freindly advise

The template is great but you didn't make it. Why would you want people to rate something you downloaded and didn't make? Make one yourself and you might get better reviews. As for signing up, post more details about it so to make the site interesting and tell something unique that you can't get at any other site which would attract more users to your site.
