I sign up for a new account about 10 hours ago the domains points to the host account but my login user name & password don't work,
the domain is digitalnasties.com, Hosting Package : compute_plan3s, my FTP keeps asking for the passwork and i can't login to the cpanel
too.

I can get to your website - but it doesn't look like you have an index.html file uploaded. So I'm just seeing your directories. Most times domains take a few hours to propagate(up to 3 days), so that's prrobably why you couldn't access it. Try again now, it should be fine.

It would appear that you need to check and double-check the login name and password for the account. Make sure the CAPS_LOCK is not on, confirm the password is accurate, etc. Like Kubi, I just got to your public_html folder, so the account is activated. If there was an email sent to you, it likely contains the information about the FTP access for the account and should (I think) also include the passwords and log-in ID. Failing that, submit a request to support@computinghost.com for a password reset.

There was a BUG in whmautopilot that it sent the welcome emails with default server settings on sign-up. This issue has been solved now. Even though, we do resent fresh details after signup, some members face lags due to our sales dept. working hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Login Failed On New Account [resolved]
(5) I just got my new paid hosting account setup and tried to login but it failed on the very first
attempt. I've emailed support but with no response yet. I don't understand how I can get a

New Account, Bad Cpanel Password And More! [resolved]
(4) Just signed up for a new account today. I pointed my recently purchased domain( gone84.com) to
computinghost nameservers as soon as i got my confirmation email, i tried to log in to cpanel and
the password didnt work. I opened a ticket, i posted in the forum and i contacted live support
multiple times. At one point, my domain name was actually pointed to the empty folder that the ip in
the confirmation email stated was mine. Now, the IP comes up as 404. My cpanel password doesnt work
and the ip leads nowhere. Not very good for the first day of service i would say. Is any....

Ssl Not Working
(4) Hello, the other day i upgraded my account with a IP address so that i could use a godaddy turbo ssl
certificate, i have install the certificate and all looks right and godaddy site says it working,
but when i go to my site (***********.com) account (********) Server kappa the SSL don't work, i
have recheck the info in cPanel & godaddy sites and i can't find anything more than what i have

My Mailing List Is Not Working....
(4) Well, my problem is: my site ( www.sonorama.net ) was first hosted by Trap17, then I got the S3
Plan in Computinghost. Now the site is working perfectly, except for one thing: my old mailing list.
