Okay, I just lost around 23 credits because I tried to change my password on this page:
http://www.trap17.com/manage/ It said password reset was successful when I tried changing it both
times, but it never let me change the password to anything! I tried logging in but it still
won't let me. I had my trap17 cpanel login info saved on our old computer, and when the
computer went down, so too went the login info. Now I don't know the password since it was just
a bunch of random letters and numbers trap17 sent me. And on top of this they've taken away...

I have problem after I restarted my system I lost my password for cpanel and now I cannot access it.
I tried to make reset but it doesn't work it just writes password reset failed or something
similar to that. Could I recieve some notification to my mail or by pm about my password for CPanel.

Hello, I have all of a sudden forgotten my password to log in to CPanel and i read some other posts
here and they were told to goto the Process page, well i went there and it requires you to add the
old password in, in order to change it. What am i to do?...

I still dont know my password I have tried so many times that you guys must have a entire list of
unsuccessful tries at gaining access to my webhosting you must be thinking there was a hacker about.

well there are no guidelines for what i need to put but i would like my cpanel password reset. after
some trouble i got my account upgraded but now i cant log into cpanel. i found the paper i wrote my
username/password on, but ever since ive upgraded my hosting package, for some reason my password no
longer works. i dont really think this should cost me 10 credits but if it is the only way, i guess
