| | Does anybody know of a good tutorial (or complete script) for posting bulletins on myspace through PHP. I don't want a link to an auto poster site. I want my OWN php file on my server so I can run it on a schedule; not to spam, but because there is something important I need posted repeatedly and I will be away so I can't post it manually. Please hurry! |

What? You want an auto-responder? It's going to be complex, but it's going to be just as complex as any spambot, if not more because you'll need to check if there's any new messages. You need Linux with a cron job running every few hours, and I suggest programming it in C or Perl rather than PHP because it will be just a bit more easier for you to use the server for contacting other servers. I suggest running a Virtual Machine with Linux on your own computer for this because otherwise you might just get your cron deleted or it might not even function because the server does not want to host a bot. As a rule, I don't give people source code. They must figure it out themselves. You must know sockets programming in C and you can base a Perl based bot on a Wikipedia bot framework which you can modify for the intended purpose.

Myspace Css And Flash Profiles
Who's got one? (0) Just out of curiosity, who's got a MySpace and a CSS or Flash profile? I know only a handful of

(10) Weeeelll, this is what happened. I normally use this networking website called bebo and i keep
running into this particular girls profile on people i know's profiles. I sit there wondering
who on earth she is but never really bothered messaging her or anything. A little bit down the year

Need Help With My Myspace Page
(2) Okay, so i havent been much into myspace lately, but i've sort of taken a liking into it seeing

(7) Just saw this today and all I have to say is another service to get get ruined by myspace with ads
and other junk stuff. Although I haven't used photobucket for awhile now, I either use
imageshack or imagefilez for my needs, but for photobucket to be tangled up with myspace I dunno
that it won't be as good as it is now. We already know myspace limits people on how they can
design their layouts and what not, but what kind of limitation will myspace force photobucket to do
once this is completed. Lower bandwidth or allow certain amount of photos and what not. B....

Myspace Theme
"White Chocolate" - Updated with each version (11) I have been working on making a template for myspace that gets rid of all the nasty crap people put
all over. It does this by making the myspace minimilistic, so they can not add much stuff other then
what is allowed on this slim white theme. Images included so you can upload to your own host and not
have to worry about the bandwidth running out on my end. In depth read_me.txt included also. I add
to it with each update. Added a editable .png file in fireworks 8. Download count will always be a
little screwed because the download has been through email and on my web host....
My Myspace?!
I actually made a myspace page look decent? (18) Well normally I would never show any designer my myspace. Myspace pages always look nasty and overly
bloated and... ICK! Anyways, I spent a few hours on it today, being bored and nothing else to
do, and i made it look really good in my opinion. It's actually one of my favorite designs I
have made. Its simple, but i wanted something opposite of what 90% of the myspace community is
doing. I have only 3 paragraphs, 7 buttons/links, and only one picture not including the link

Bulletin Board Problems
i try and try and try (4) I've tried installing several bulletin board systems in the trap17.net realm and none work. if
i go through the install process after uploading the files i get the "cannot find server" by the
third page. if i manuallly configure it on my computer for their server i get redirected to
astahost when i try to view the page(after it's hosted of course). this really is getting
annoying. any help would be greatly appreciated. i've checked the phpinfo and the mysql
versions etc to make sure that everything is compatible and that the code is actually working (....
