| | On my old site, I also had the advanced gb 2.xx gb script so I think I should be able to move the entries onto the new one I'm hosting here right? I don't know a thing about php/mysql..usually just follow the readme's very closely. Any help/guides that can tell me how I can do this? |

IF you're using Cpanel goto Backup and you'll see AdvancedGuestbook.sql or whatever, download that. Then upload it via backup (I believe..) and viola.

Thank you! That was easy enough but now, next problem is going to sound dumb... when I tried to log on the admin panel, I realized I forgot my pw (it's been a while since I did this...). Where is the pw usually stored? Is there some way I can retrieve it? Sorry for so many questions.

Assisting on the Development of a Forum Script (1) I recently got involved in a Forum software script which is being developed and thought I should let
everyone know that they need some assistance in the PHP, MySql, Html, and CSS areas. Also, some
Visual Designers would be quite useful. AEF Forum Software is the name of the project. It is
presently in version 1.0.3, and have some pretty cool features already, but in order to advance in
its standings against such Boards as IPB, phpbb, Yabb, etc, more features and Themes are required.
Good bunch of people working hard, but just not enough of us to do everything. Come h....

Moving Phpbb2 Forums To This Host.
I want to make sure it goes right. (3) I am moving my phpBB2 forums from my old host, my-php.net, to this one. I have full access to my old
forums. I was wanting help on this to make sure nothing goes wrong. My forum members and I can not
risk having to lose all of our current information. So what I am thinking I have to do is. Export
my forums mySQL database with phpmyadmin. Import it into my database here on this host. Move the
forum directory to this sites ftp account. Change the root directory in my forum settings. I know
there has to be some things I have to change right? Some files or other settings....
Upload Script To Transfer Files From Laptop To Desktop
(3) Would it be allowed to have an upload script to transfer text files (homework) from laptop to
desktop? Because my printer is set up from my desktop, and most of my homework is done on my laptop.

Help With Running A Cgi Script

Help In A Php Script
(1) i am having phpnuke in my site and one very important thing i need to have in my site is a
user's page where his profile and all his friends profiles will be appearing and he can add ,
delete or accept friends , i know php basics only so if i try to write the script myself ( i mean i

Help Moving Mysql Files To A New Host
IPB files (1) Well, my partners on my forum has decided to move our site to a newer host. A paid one to be exact.
And we did that already. Now all we need to do is move our forum over to the new host. We want to

Advanced Guestbook 2.3.1 Spam Issue
Anyone has this problem? (2) I use the Advanced Guestbook script for my site guestbook and lately I've been getting lots of

Detecting New Entries In The Database, Live
(0) ok... i got the newline thing solved,ok, i finally got things up and working, the database is fine,
now there is another problem that i've stumbled accross.... how to detect live,, whenever there
is a new entry in teh database.. hmm.... tricky.. but i am no good php and mysql as i am brand new
to the whole concept, so i thought i could do this.. created a continous looped flash movie, and
have a php code at the beggining.. which counts the no. of entries that are there in the database,
and then every two minutes, it counts it again, if the new value is greater the....
