| | Well this is a great idea. I've seen a lot of members before complaining as to why they can't post in the hosted members area, considering that they find some of the topics there interesting. I guess it would help both sides, and especially those hosted members who want some answers from members other than hosted members themselves. it would be very beneficial to the forum and increase its interactivity. |

More power to you, al3x. I think you have a good point. Putting in some sort of algorithm to convert non-hosted credits will prevent anyone from making a double accunt to get the easier credits of non-hosted members. I believe that is the reason it hasn't been done yet. I'm interested in seeing how this works out.

Yes you do get hosting credits, and a post counted in the hosted member section, and as for maximizing a post in order to do that you would have to write very detailed tutorials, or present if you like to debate then you could work your magic in that. There might be some other forums you could do that but getting 10 credits within a single is a challenge.

(2) Hey Guyz, Please accept my sincere appology for the IPB GALLERY screw up.. It was totally
un-intentional but due to those numerous problems with the forum script. I decided to re-install the
board. After 7 hours of non-stop upgrade process ... when I finally settled down to install GALLERY,
it screwed up. It might have had an alternative solution, but it was 8 AM in the morning and I
hadn't slept for 27 hours.. I guess.. And I just had one thing running in my mind, to fix Trap17
no matter what. And I reset the database and the folders. I am very sorry .. especially....
Trap17 Forums Now Hosted On New Dual Server
(15) Hi, We have moved Trap17 forums to a new server. You might ask, why this new server when we already
had a dedicated server for the forums. The answer is, server DELTA was lagging behind and we needed
something more powerful. Because of which, we setup a new DUAL server for Trap17. We tried our
best to optimize it and I hope, the forums are smooth again. You might have observed a small
downtime recently and wierd results with the MEMBERS ONLINE statistics. That was because, we used IP
forward to remove the downtime. So, queries to the old IP was automatically forwared....
