Log-in Problem

ok my account was inactive because i didn't have enough credits for like a day, i was in negative credits, but now im on positive again, and i have more than 5, but its not letting me log in my control panel...what could be wrong? anybody have any idea? or do i have to contact an administrator, and who should i contact?

ok i just read the hosting credits faq, and it said to have 7 or more to get it unsuspended, and i have more than 7 but i still cant login.

r u using all lowercase letter even if u posted it in cap lock becuase for me it needs to be all lowercase

The reanimation script runs every hour (the last time I was told). I hope that your issue was solved already. But just in case it wasn't I'll leave this thread open.
