It is really a fun game. The graphics are great and you get to play though the first three episodes.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when I'd first heard this game was coming out. I really like Lego, and I really like Star Wars, but I really had a hard time believing they could put the two of them together in a game. All the same, though, I was willing to give it a shot. To put it mildly, I was blown away! I definitely feel that this is one of the best, if not the best Star Wars games ever made. This actually has a lot of the things you could hope to find in a game. The graphics are surprisingly realistic for a Lego game. The characters move pretty much as you'd expect Lego characters to move, and there are some nice lightsaber and laser effects. The levels are rendered really well too, skirting the border between real and Lego. My only real complaint is that there tends to be some slowdown when things get really hectic or there's a lot of smoke from explosions. The controls are usually pretty realistic, though there are times when they might be a little sluggish, particularly if you're working on swinging a lightsaber combo together. Thankfully, these times are few and far between. Once you learn the controls, which doesn't really take that long (The game itself tells you which button does what in the earlier levels.), you can pretty much dive into the game. You can play through different sorts of levels, from on foot to podracing to flying a gunship to piloting a Jedi Starfighter above a planet in the middle of a fierce space battle. There's no limit of things to do here. The story is basic Star Wars. Nothing more I could really get into, though the characters don't really talk at all, aside from the occasional grunt or shout as they fall off a ledge or something. You play as a variety of characters playing through the first three (By first, I mean prequel, the ones that happened first) movies, as well as a special bonus level, but more on that one later. All of the main characters are here, from Obi-Wan to Anakin to Palpatine to R2-D2. Speaking of sound, all of the important sounds are in this game, from the swinging and clashing of lightsabers to the sounds of lasers erupting from pistols or blaster cannons. They also could have gone with music that befits a game designed for younger gamers, but they didn't, thank the Force. You have music straight from the movies, all conducted by John Williams for your listening pleasure! This game also actually has a fair amount of replay value. You can try to save up studs to buy hidden characters, hints, or bonus features for your game, like one that causes all of the characters to be shown in silhouette or one that causes characters to wield tea cups instead of blasters, as well as the old standby, invincibility. As you go through the levels, you can also collect ten canisters which, when added up at the end of the level, build a vehicle to be shown in the parking lot outside of the diner you start the game in. While you're doing this, you can also collect studs which help fill up your Jedi meter. When it's full and you finish a level, you get a special Lego piece that helps build part of another vehicle that, once complete, opens up a hidden level. I'd actually give this game a pretty high recommendation. It's not as deep as Knights of the Old Republic or anything like that, but if you just want a fun romp through the Star Wars universe, this game is it

The game itself is quite short but the Graphics are excellent and so is the gameplay. There is a wide range of characters which is also good! I reccomend this to anyone

I think this game is really cool! Especially the cooperative mode is really good and funny! Together with a friend it's much more fun to search for all the secrets.

seen the trailer. I never got a chance to try it out. But from the trailer it seems really cool that you can mix and match all the lego pieces and change the faces and stuff. But i have heard that it isn't a long game. Which is really to bad if it is such a good game like i have heard and seen.

Ya i played, have, and beaten the first one. i thought it was ok. i got all the characters, and everything so easily though. i like the idea though and its fun for younger people mostly. but if the second one is good and the graphics are good then i might consider renting it or maybe even buying it later on.

I have the First one for xbox and the graphics are pretty good and the gameplay is good too. The game is a little short and easy though. Ya ive seen some pictures for the second one and it looks good. There is supposed to be a lot more to do than in the first one, like if you are a wookie i guess you can rip off arms or something like that. I dont know if i will get the second one cause like a few other people said its more for like a ten year old. Ill probably just rent it and beat it. But it looks good.

Star Wars
(3) I know that bringing up a Star Wars topic inside a Sub-Forum where Martial arts are discussed seems
a bit out of place. You'll quickly see where I am going with this subject. In Star Wars, one
can observe decently choreographed fights. Those fights need a Choreographer. I am a Lightsaber Duel
Choreographer and Performer. If it gets on film, I will do the Visual Effects for it (being a Visual
Effects Artist myself) and I would show people a decent choreography. To choreograph a Lightsaber
Duel, you need to know what the Fighters emotions are. You need to know how th....

Alex's Guide To Pudge Wars
(1) For those of you who don't know I play warcraft 3, and pudge wars is a custom map in that game
that is gaining popularity. You are in a small grassy area separated by a river, and you have to
"hook" people to your side and try to kill them. Now I'm not trying to brag here, but I
haven't lost a pudge wars game in about 3 months, and thats even 1 versus 5 games, and I
don't think that I'm that good at it, its just that I have found the perfect strategy. And
I will share that strategy with you now. Now this strategy will only work with version 1.20, ....

Advance Wars Ds: Days Of Ruin
Who's played the AW series? I just finished AWDS playing sequal no (0) This game is quite different from AWDS. Still very good though. >_>b I'm glad they finally
improved Design Map Mode. Also, Lin is very attractive. Dusters are actually quite good, they
almost equal fighters in anti-air capacities AND can attack (nearly ?) every other unit (though they
only deal decent damage against infantry units) for a lower price than a fighter. Their mobility is
quite great as well. Here are some things I hate about the sequal AW:Dawn of Ruin: 1. The equality
between COs takes away probably the one thing that made AW stand out against other ....
Browser Wars Episode 2007: Break Down Of Broswer Usage
(0) Now that 2007 is almost over with news of Netscape's demise in just two months, and the major
players in the browser wars are set in stong; Microsoft's Internet Explorer 6 & 7, Firefox 1.x.x
& 2.x.x and Beta 2 version of Firefox 3, Opera 9.x, and Safari 3.x. Lets just see where the % point
are for the major players. Growth Chart So as you can tell both browsers IE7 and FF2 started
roughly the same, 24% for IE7 and 25% for Firefox 2, but interestingly enough they ended the year
roughly the same but with firefox winning by 1% at 37% while IE takes a nice 36....
Aol Pulls Plug On Netscape Web Browser
Netscape first Victim of the Browser Wars (12) Well we have our first official victim of the browser wars AOL-Time Warner have finally giving up
and will be not supporting the Netscape browser as of Feb 1 2008. Of course the two big reasons for
the loss of Netscape is internet explorer and of course firefox, the cousin of Netscape. Of course
people will still be able to use it, just it won't be supported after 13 years in the business.
Well we all know for those who been following the browser wars that one day one of the big name
browsers were going to call it quits. But the time frame though was a bit longer....
Google Android Killed The Wap Star
(1) It's the parody from the song "Video Killed The Radio Star." I am not too fond of Google. I
admit that I am still fighting the influence that Google has over the Internet as we know it. But
once in a while Google amazes me. And in a good way, too. Android. The new baby project from
Google. This is the hype that Google's been receiving about their "G-Phone." As you can see in
this link http://code.google.com/android/ there is no such thing as G-Phone. However, with the new
project called "Android" would make the future cellular or mobile phones to become like....
Guild Wars: Eyes Of The North
Game Review (2) Expansion packs are usually double-edged swords for massive multiplayer online gamers. Most
of the time, they give access to only those who've been playing till they hit the final level.
Great for them, not so great for the newer players. Guild Wars: Eyes of the North is that sort of
expansion pack. Aimed squarely at those who have hit the level cap of 20, it introduces over 150 new
skills spread over more than six classes, of which 100 are geared for high-level player versus
player combat only. In its storyline, the game introduces new races the Norn and As....

better part of this week playing the new C&C, i find the gameplay much more indepth than many of the

even added in a new Campaign, the Scrin. Great new units and buildings, stunning movie cuts, and
awesome Mass Destruction. I personaly have found this game has fitted the bill....
Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars
PSP (0) Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars contains ports of arcade classic Crazy Taxi and its sequel Crazy Taxi 2,
though the third game (there are 3 released) is nowhere to be seen. For those who never caught
Crazy Taxi, you play as one of four taxi drivers and drive maniacally around town, picking up fares
and earning as much as you can. A large part of the game lies in how fast you can bring customers to
their destinations and how much they tip you. This involves taking shortcuts whenever possible and
pulling crazy stunts like reckless overtaking and drifting. Much has changed si....

to join the great Kaleido Stage! A gymnist at heart she trains really hard and soon becomes
accepted. Unfortunately it isn't all fun and games and she would think it is. The anime is
comical yet dramatic and you really don't know what to expect. It is sadly only 2 seaons!

Tribal Wars
Conquer the world (or at least your corner) (3) Tribal wars is a hugely online game that is free, or you can pay and get a nicer interface, either
way, you can still do everything for free that you can as a member, but it will take a little more
brain power. You start off with one small village, and have 5 days to grow until you are big enough
to defend yourself. You have 3 resources, Wood, Clay, and Iron, and each of those has a respective
building to gather that resource IE. for wood, its your Timber Camp. As you increase these in level
you get more resources per hour. Then you can start building more buildings, wh....

Vacationers at a Dutch resort saw something floating in the ocean, so the hotel employees dragged it

complete with yellow arms and head, red pants, and blue shirt. You can read the story here .

Star Wars Tv Series
(1) The idea of a tv series of Star wars sounds strange, it's rather like the reverse of Star trek
(tv series to film). I somehow feel the transfer to tv will not work so well, remember Indiana
Jones? Star wars was made for the big screen , not the tv screen. yes, we still watch the star wars
movies on the tv, but a tv series? It will dilute down the epic of the films. As a star wars fan I
think it would be great to see more, but as a movie goer I think to move it over to small screen
would not do it justice. Readers can continue the saga in text format, leave the star w....

all kinds of other neat stuff. Its a fantasy adventure in a ride. There are many other books and

Star Wars Battlefront 2
(9) Just got Star Wars Battlefront 2 last weekend, Its pretty fun for the most part but i found it to be
a bit like the 1st one. Probably one of the biggest changes is the new space battle feature. You can
also play heroes in this one too but they arnt as fun to play as you would think they would be. As
far as the single player campaign goes, its relatively short and if you are somewhat of a skilled
player, you can pretty much run through it, unless that is if you are playing on Elite Mode
(increased difficulty). I found the AI to be a bit glitchy especially in terms of the....
Star Wars Empire At War
Think C&C but with Star Wars units (10) I've been waiting for this game since May, and it's due out on Feb 6.That's a LONG wait.
It's made by Petroglyph, which is mostly composed of ex-Westwood employees. In case you
don't know, Westwood is the company responsible for the great Command & Conquer series. It
takes place between episodes 3 and 4. The resource gathering is minimal; you get resources for
controlling planets. There's gonna be space combat, which I think is awesome. On bigger ships,
you can attack certain parts of them such as the turrets or sheild generators. You'll als....
Military Laser Brings 'star Wars' Reality Closer
(28) QUOTE Military laser brings 'Star Wars' reality closer A U.S. Pentagon invention
could make air combat resemble a battle scene from the movie 'Star Wars' with a laser so
small it can fit on a fighter jet, yet powerful enough to knock down an enemy missile in flight.
The High Energy Laser Area Defense System (HELLADS), being designed by the Pentagon's central
research and development agency, will weigh just 750 kg (1,650 lb) and measures the size of a large
fridge. To date, such lasers have been so bulky because of the need for huge cooling ....
