I love it. clear picture. bright. awesome !! lemme say that again awesome contrast and colors. and the best thing of all it was a resonable price. if oyu are looking for a new moniter. look into the samsung syncMaster 712n its a good bargain. |

hmm i would rather try the new 30 inch apple monitor. anything that has so much quality that it requires 2 dv cables should be pretty sweet

i got a 17 in DigiSHARP Sony FlatScreen Monitor that works with any program/video game. I love it and it works for me.. it costed 500$ how much for the lcd? and is there any pictures? just wondering :-D

For Russia $500 x 30 = 15,000 roubles, it's normal price... but price on 17" LG Flatron 1730S 400:1 82kHz 1280x1024@75 TCo'99 = $420

I don't know is that brand good or bad... But I don't like LCD monitors because they can get death pixels. If you ever buy LCD , buy the new monitor , NOT used , because you can use it little time...

LCD's are great for normal work around the Desktop and surfing the internet but they are just not substatantial for gaming, if your looking for a gaming monitor the good old CRT is the way to go

Yeah that new Apple LCD looks great!!! The only problem with it is its extremely high price and its FPS have a lot to be desired....

the good thing about LCD is the space it will save on your setup and of course the portability, I love Viewsonic models and might get one soon. My friends' Samsung LCD has issues everytime which made me stay away from Samsung but of course I am not saying all of them have problems.

I've got a 19" Dell LCD and have had it now for almost a year. I love it! I mostly do regular computer work like web files and graphics. I know that CRT's are better for fast gaming but for the games that I play, like Civilization and Age of Empires, my LCD is fast enough.

On my computer I have a Samsung SyncMaster 930B monitor. It's a 19 inch LCD. Color, resolution and response time are great. Way better than the 17 inch CRT I used to use.

I am also very happy with my LCD computer screen. I got it when I replaced my old computer about two years ago and it has an amazing picture. I would highly recommend buying one of these if you need a new monitor. Mine is a Samsung SyncMaster 192N so if your LCD monitor isn't good it is your brand that is the problem.

i am still using my monitor from 1996, it's a 17inch ibm g70, i could use an upgrade, but no extra money to spend for a monitor, i would probably get a crt again unless i found a lcd for a good price, the only nice thing IMO about lcd's are their size, crt's seem better in all other avenues

my screens (10) I have been using a Viewsonic 19In LCD for the last two years or so and i still love it, however
last time i was at Frys i saw a huge 27in widescreen LCD for 699! I picked it up and ran home to
try it out. I put it on my desk and thought "you what would be cool? Two monitors!" so I put my
Viewsonic next to it. I have a X850 XT PE with dual display capibility and DVI, knowing this I
planed to have the viewsonic on VGA and the big boy on DVI. I set the 27 to 1286/720 and my other to
