Language Version

I'm from Poland and I wonder if I can create my website whole in Polish. Must do I both English and Polish version? Is there something I must do? I haven't found anything about it.

This question has been asked a few times, and from what I read, you can. But, there must be an English and Polish version.

There MUST be an English version of your site, or you risk losing your account, if the Admins discover the non-english site without an English option.
