hey, your design I'm sure is high level and all, but it's a little dark. I can't read the text too well. Mabe change the font color or agust the contrast / brightness of the graphics.That's what I think, other then that, pretty sweet.

Thats great, nice work, I think the above comment is true though, the text is quite hard to read, but other than this I think the design is great.

Damn nice style.
I love it.
all i gotta say is that even though artisticly its very nice, it does some what sacrafice the readability of the site in places.

but still, very nice.

6/10 for the site, great darka nd grungey artwork, nice layout, not too much to look at and a tad too dark.

I saw this site and I think it's a very cool one. Could you give us more details about it? How did you get to make the background image and all other stuff? What program did you use? I suppose Photoshop.

Just tell us more about your work. You have a talent indeed.

It's a useless site, but it has good graphics.

I have no problems with readability on this site, and I'm using a 19" crt monitor at 1600x1200. I'm also about 2 1/2 feet away from the screen, and I can read it just fine. Also, there's rollovers on the navigation to make it even easier to see. I will admit, the white text is a little iffy, but if I can read it with what I'm using, I doubt that anyone else would have a problem.

How is it useless? You know, some people have websites that show off their work so that they can show potential clients examples, so they know what to expect and to see if they like it. And yes, I used Photoshop.

Yes, my graphically talented friend - it's called a portfolio.

Nice layout. I'd say 6/10 due to readability issues. And whatever desktop setup you may use, that doesn't affect the fact that more than one person has said that there are readability issues with the text. I shouldn't have to rollover your links to read them.

not too bad at all, what are all those little icons suppose to be pictures of? Overall i like the mouse over links and the way the background goes along with the rest of the content. The only thing i would change is to make the text a different font just for display purposes.

I like it. It´s obscure, mysterious, pessimist, dirty, and raw in some way. It seems strongly inspired by metal or metalcore music, but I could be wrong.

I only find some links too dark (especially Print and Web). That´s the only problem I see.

That's cos you already know what it says. If nearly everyone who posts in this thread tells you that readability is an issue, then what conclusion can you draw from that? Only one: you need to fix that area.
But to give you some more specifics:
1. In your main content area, your background is too strong even for the white text to stand out properly.
2. 'Accidental Design' and 'Newest Work', while quite nice stylistically, aren't very good from a readability point of view cos they don't stand out enough against the background.
3. You say that all the links have rollovers on them - I still have to roll over them to find out what they are and I don't like that. Unless I remember the position of the links, I have to roll over all of them again to find out the next section I might want to look at.
Also, you should have a doctype on your site if you want all browsers to be able to parse it properly.
