I was wondering if i would be able to host an ircd (shell) on my account? if you dont know what it is, its a program that creates an IRC Chat server wherever it is installedand i would like to host one because my site could use their own server, thanks

IRC is totally banned on our network. :-) Its a clear invitation for spam, abuse etx.
