nah, whats the worse they can do take your ISP away ooooh, techniqualy you cam bring them for court for bad service or false advertisement or something like that i don't know how the court system works there, but screwing people over is bad karma.
also interested what they said, most likly something dumb like there service. I love bad mouthing a ISP it is so fun.  |

Yes I fully agree with the views.I ahd applied thru mail to them for disconnection in march 2008(and given one month's notice)bills are coming and no disconnection in sight. As aptly said it is all sweet talk and no action. The entire setup and staff appears to be dozing and is just not bothered about customers and their woes. -reply by asthana

(1) This isn't going to be one of those 'mac rules windows sucks' posts. This is why I
dislike microsoft. It began with my desktop computer. The motherboard needed replacing, so we got
it replaced then windows didn't work. the copy that came with the computer didn't work
because the hardware had changed. The company that repaired the computer (I'm afraid of going in

how to put them on a flash drive (0) i installed FF3 (which works great) on my flash drive for testing perposes (web desighning). anyways

Another Cust. Service Rant... This Time As A Customer
(5) On monday I experienced something that I haven't in a long time. Good customer service. I work
in the line of customer service, and I have come to the conclusion, there are different levels you
can provide. True customer service is hardly ever given anymore. For example, I ordered from
McDonalds recently and I ordered a McFlurry and a Sundae. I was given a McFlurry and a Shake. It was
at the start of a minor busy period (3 or 4 people were behind me waiting to order), so I waited
until the others were served, and I said to the lady that served me in a polite tone, "I....

(3) I work in customer service, taking orders over the phone and such. I Really don't understand
why people are rude to us, I can't help but think of the old adage, "Don't bite the hand
that feeds you" to me being rude to the guy whos writing down what you order doesn't make sense.
For example (I work with pizzas) oops, it was hot sprinkles, not half sauce? oops. I bet that
burned. I can understand people complaining for a genuine reason, something wrong with the pizza

even if they got military grade security on their servers, there is far to much risk having your

What Messenger/email Service Do You Use?

good email service. However, I switched back to hotmail simply because of it's MSN

What's The Best Subdomain/url Redirect Service?

Rogers : Internet Service Injustice
cable connection (10) To those of you that know company : Rogers that provides both internet and TV and even more. When
you are a customer for a long time with them you always get a bunch of stuff cheaper than other
people and you also have to make them see that u want it cheaper or in some cases free lol i had to

were both long time users and we both had same old crapy modems. So what do i do... i call Rogers
