I think QpaQue made it himself. I could be wrong. I do think QpaQue has the knowhow to make something like this.

Why would you want a mod/hack like this anyway? Couldn't you get IPB Shop/Store or whatever its called nowdays?

This script that i found it basically has the same purpose but in a different way. If you want a credit type mod thing you can download something like that form invisionize where everytime someone posts or replies they get a certain amount of money( or whatever) .. Opaque's script is really modified.
