| | When I made my original request for a free web account, the instructions didn't seem to say that the username had to begin with an alphabeticaL character, so I chose one that began with a numeral. Now I can't activate my account. What do I do next? Thanks in advance for your reply and help. |

Check the process page again. Under #4, QUOTE The USERNAME for your HOSTING account must be 8 chars max. It cannot contain any special characters, hypens or underscores. It must begin an alphabet. I think it's said pretty clearly. Read all instruction before proceeding. You can retry the process page. Topic closed.

Cannot access my MySQL (5) After all the recent problems, my account has been restored. I have setup my parked domain agin, and
that works fine. However, I can no longer access my MySQL databases (I can from PHPMyAdmin, but

created my hosting account. Now I have bought a top level domain. Can I use that Domain Name
