Interesting Software To Speed Up Adobe

I was, as usual, surfing download.com for some interesting software and I came across one of my personal favorites. If you go to http://www.tnk-bootblock.co.uk/prods/misc/ and download the Adobe Reader Speedup, you will be doing yourself a big favor. It can speed your Adobe Reader up by literally 10 times faster. What it does it it disables some plugins (by moving them to another folder) so that Adobe doesn't load them. Most users who use Reader do not need these plugins, and there is always an option to reload them again by restoring original settings. It also has a very easy to use tweak options' menu, and works on most versions, up to version 7+.

Yet again, this looks like something I will need. I always thought that there should be a way to speed up Adobe reader loading times, Now finally I see this thread and Yes! No more need to wait for that slow loading screen.

You are really right, we are doing ourselves a big favour and especially me =)
Now we just need one for Adobe Photoshop, that would make my day.

Heh, I just ran into that a few days ago...very useful. Now, if only there were something to speed up Photoshop CS2 by like, a bajillion and two, that'd be great.

If you go to http://www.acropdf.com/ and download the Photoshop Speed upper, then you'll have a photoshop that loads faster. But I don't really like it because it removes some effects, and it doesn't change the speed that much.

Judging by the topic title, I thought that it'll speed up Adobe Photoshop/ImageReady. I hated that loading screen. But I was shocked to see Adobe Reader. I guess I had my hopes up. Dooga, I'll take your word for it. If it doesn't change the speed much, then I won't download it.

That's a pretty useful program. Although I don't use Reader too much, that might be useful.
