You should always extract a file inside the folder that you want the files to show up in. I'm going to see if I can find out what you did with your files - only a moment!
OK, you're getting a 404 error on your page which means that your site's index page is somewhere outside of the public_html folder. See if you can find it within your file manager and move it to public_html. That should fix it. If you're still having trouble, I'll see what I can do.
