HI, i am intresting in knowing where you began learning html of what inspired you to start learning
html. which programs did you use or which progs dyu use?...

I want to learn both, but I just want to know which is probably the easisest to start out with. I
heard that html is easier, but php is more helpfull or something. Well, anyway, if anyone knows,

So what's the best HTML editor? Or at least what you use? I searched in Google, and they (of
course) all claim to be good, and I think they are. But what do you guys use? (Or do you just use

I am using cpanel and WHM, and i want a hosting template. Well i have dreamweaver and photoshop,
i have found pretty nice looking hosting templates, but what i want is a unique, original and
professional like ( http://www.resellerguide.com/resellerhosti...plate6/big.jpg) that template is
really neat, but since its open to public they could be like 20-50 people using it, and this type of
template is hard to customize , even with photoshop. So if someone could create something like this,

Hey guys I'm overhauling my website and have decided instead of using frames I want to just
have a logo and buttons integrated into each HTML file, so you can just scroll down past it. I want
the logo at the very top, before any content. I was wondering if there is any way of doing it with
an HTML tag (i.e. not PHP or any other scripts) so the header just gets inserted right after the
opening tag. I'm thinking that possibly it uses the tag, but really I don't have much of

Well I have seen it all over the web. Lots of sites have code boxes so you can promote them or they
show you a code you can use for javascript and stuff like that. I would like to know the HTML code

Hi there, I'm trying to get the source code of a page hosted on another domain using JS. I've
tried a couple of methods but nothing seems to work with pages located on a remote host. I know this
could be easily done using a server-side script, but my question is: it is possible to do it with

I've been validating my site on http://validator.w3.org so far so good but what I'm
interested in is validating my page that has been modified by Ajax requests. Viewing the source code
afterwards wont show the new code in Firefox and its the same for other browsers I believe(yes I
have tried and cant remember ever seeing the newly inserted HTML in the source code). I'm
certain my code is not going to be valid there because I've hacked away at getting it to work

Hi I need some help , Im designing this website for school studies However, I made a flash drop down
menu, works perfectly, but you know how flash has a background when you export it in to a SWF file?
For example my flash is width= 800, and height = 200 but my div box on my html page for my
navigation is only 50 px my buttons is width of 50px and the rest of the content is the drop down

I have a funny problem when I embed PHP in a HTML page whenever I write some PHP code with the
'print' or 'echo' command, the output shows the end bits of the PHP code, eg. when I
write: CODE print "This is PHP"; ?> the output I get is: This is PHP";?> So, the final
quote mark, the semicolon and the ending PHP tags are displayed. Has anyone else come across this

Alright, i am working on a website where a number of different users from different companies will
be looking hooking into one website. What i want is to know how i can differentiate between the
users based on the information passed by the webserver. I've been told to that information

Hello everyone Im TRYING to make a forum and obviously for security i need to disable HTML tags
being used in posts. i know how to use the str_replace() function but to be honest i think id have
to do that for every single tag. I also trued using the html CODE stuff tag but i need to
be able to use the new line tag to make a new line as all the posts are stored as HTML. if this isnt
