I think it is related to frontpage... Dont quote me on that though :|
- im not sure if its tied into the cpanel and the custom error pages - if it is i dont want to muck those up, but i want to use the 404 file to run a php script. Therefore i need to point it to 404.php not 404.shtml. Although, i guess .shtml can include php files so i might be able to do that, hmm...
404.php would do it.
i tried but it didnt... in the end i just did <!-- include virtual="404.php"--> in the 404.shtml file
