| | I'm trying to check/update the billing information for my account, but cannot find how to do so. There does not seem to be anywhere in my client area to update them. However, I would not be comfortable with e-mailing my card details to the billing department in case the e-mail happens to get intercepted by a third party.
Can someone please tell me how I go about checking which card I am using to pay for services on my account, as I cannot find where it is listed in my account. |

Hello wavnetworks,
As you are using 2Checkout we can do the following to change your card details. As our billing system does not support automatic subscriptions from 2Checout you can pay the invoice from 2Checkout with the card that you desire.
If it was PayPal then I would have had to cancel the subscription and then asked you to create a new subscription with the card that you desired. Please email sales if you have any more queries or you can contact me.

Hi Happy New Year everybody. I'm trying to make use of this function in Wordpress -

Hello, I have just received a mail from ComputingHost. This mail tells the billing system is
changing and I have to click to approve. I know these kinds of mails are often used for phishing,
but no code number is asked. Not the less explanation about the change nor why I had to approve the

I couldn't believe my eyes today, I log on to my web-page at school and NONE OF THE PHP HAS BEEN
PARSED OUT!!! I saw the raw php code. This is a major security issue since many
passwords for SQL etc... are stored directly in PHP, and it allowed people to see and possibly even
steal my php code! Why did this happen? How did this happen? Will it ever happen again? I
need to know whether or not I need to switch hosting companies. I have never seen this before....

Hi Admin(s), Kindly update us with the downtime. I've been experiencing downtime quite
regularly while my site in trap17 hardly goes down at those given time when the site hosted in
computinghost experience the same. The site isn't opening. Most of the time the problem seems
to be database, while the uptime for html files are much better than the database driven site.
