In your Cpanel main page, there should be a choice for changing your password. Unless the Qupis accounts have a different Web Host manager than Trap17, it is listed under the Site Management section. First Icon on my Cpanel is Password Change.

Do you have access to the email which contains your log-in information? The password (I think) is in there. If you confirm that the password is correct and you still can't log-in, please reply to tell us that.

I have changed the MX record for my domain for Google co-op email account to receive email. and I have received email confirmation but it doesn't contain password.

Can't Login To Ftp/cpanel
(1) Well, I had my FTP configured to enter my Qupis account but I formatted my HDD and forgot to save
it. So I didn't remember my pass and asked to reset it. I've put a new one but, although it
told me that I had changed my pass succesfully, I can't connect to FTP nor Cpanel with that
pass. Should I have to wait for someone to aprove it manually or something like that? I suppose
that the address and my user is ok, unless you have to use the email instead the user name...

Cpanel Issue
(5) Hello, i have just setup my account about a week ago and got it all approved and everything. When i
try to do the scripts library or send a support ticket or a couple other things it comes up with a
message. "Your admin has not created a cPAddons configuration yet. Please contact them and ask them

Can't Sign Into Cpanel / Nameserver Info [resolved]
(4) I just joined and I can't sign into cpanel. I used the same password and user name I signed up
with. Is there another one I am suppose to use. I am also switching my domain to the host. but my
register requires me to give both of the nameservers plus the ip for each one. Where can I find this
infomation. You can reset my password if you have to.....
