| | Ok, I have a picture of a flushing toilet and I want to manipulate the color of the water so that it's yellowish (like urine). I only want to change the water, keep everything else the same; would that be possible and how do I get it done?
I've played with the software, but basically know very little about PS functions.
Thanks in advance for any help. |

use the magic wand tool to select area you want to edit/change color, then go to IMAGE menu > Adjustments > Variations. then manipulate the colors from there

Yeah that should do it, or you could use the wand to select it then jsut fill in the colour youw ant with the paint bucket tool. post the image and i'll do it for ya if ya want

u could use the Hue + saturation tool.. but that might mess up the colours of other things 2

Mask the seat colour and change that by pressing CTRL+B or something like that....no is that in PSP....uh I don't remember

Bexa, you're looking for Quick Mask, which is Ctrl+Q. You could also Magic wand the part of the water, then Edit > Copy, Layer > New Layer, Edit > Paste. Then do the quick mask, saturation (CTRL+U), or the paint bucket. You could also create a layer underneath that which is yellow, and use the drop tool (I think that's it) one where the toliet is to make semi-transparent.

No...I meant CTRL B is something like Highlight colors,shadow colour and ETC...You know?? Where you can set like how many GReens,Blues,Reds you want in the colour...To change the shadow or it and the highlight colour and the main color of the object...But I am not sure...

Replying To Photoshop Picture Effects
(1) 1. First of all open the desired picture, you want to change the back ground. done? okay. 2. Now
Select the Polygonal Lasso Tool (L) and start cutting off the Border of the picture, 3. After
Selecting the Border with Lasso Tool, Press CTRL+C (Copy) it will copy the Selected Area of the
Image. 4. Now Open another File i.e Back Ground, i used the following, and Press CTRL+V (Paste) it
will Paste the Selected Area of the last picture you edited, example as below. 5. if you want
to make more editions in the picture, you can, like double shadowed picture as you see....

Give Me Pointers In Photoshop Cs
(2) Hi I am a photoshop newbie and this won't ever be my specialty, i am more into PHP,CSS and
MySQL but i want to know the basics of it. I need to make a scary logo, like a bat with words in its
wings. I don't want outright solutions but since i can't draw well, what is the best tool to
use to get the shape of the bat? Shall i find a bat online and use like the lasso tool to get the
