I'm from Singapore and I'm paying SGD$47.25 for my 512 kbps d / 256kbps u connection. Quite good, been using it for 2 years...no complaints so far.

i have got 512K and pay $100 a year,which sounds very cheap but slow actually.because the limited way for connection is DSL,could not offer much better boardband in theroy.  i could not play online game smoothly like a single harddisk game.512K for us,only to browse web and download little things.

Here, in Italy, i have Fastweb (a private Lan). 10Mbit/s (very fast) and i have, for 70 euro/month, all included: Internet 24/24, Tv on Demand and Sky for the soccer and calls to all italian telephone numbers.

I use comcast broadband at 100 mbps. its around 35$ a month, but the speed is worth it. I never get disconected with it. I acually dont pay for it, my uncle does.  I can afford it really, i just dont pay for it

Got a Wanadoo Broadband cable connection and in the time I was disconnected they upgraded it to 10mB speed and I gotta pay like €40,- a month, not bad

I am with the isp ntl here are what i have Speed: 2mb Monthly Cap: 30gig (damn them lol) Cost £25 there other packages are Speed: 1mb Monthly Cap: 3gig (to bad for the people on this package) Cost: £17 Speed: 3mb Monthly Cap: 30gig Cost: £35

SBC Yahoo DSL. 3 MB/s download and 512 KB/s upload for $30/month. No monthly cap like I've been seeing in the previous posts. o.O

An 20mb connection with televisionbox (only soccer and bigbrother ) and free national calls for €49,95 a month. Not that expensive if I see how much some people pay for there connections over here.

Internet Connection Problems
(5) This problem never occured to me until just recently. Now this is the third time that this is
happening in less than a week. Basically what happens is that the internet connection gradually
starts to slow down over a period of 10 mins or so and eventually it becomes extremely slow, to the
point that it becomes almost useless. At that point, a message pops up at the bottom of the screen
saying "Network Connection Unplugged", eventhough everything is plugged up just fine according to my
inspection. Than after 10-20 seconds, that message disappears and the internet pops ....

From 576 Kbps to 2.2 Mbps (12) Well, just now I was disconnected from the internet and I was like what the heck (at this time I was
connected at 576 Kbps), then when I connected again I was at 2.2Mbps. My ISP didn't even tell
