White background color Step 1 : Make the w x h any canvas size Step 2 : now click the brush tool and make sure the size is 13 Step 3 : now click a bluish color for the brush Step 4 :change the default element for the brush to fluid splatter Step 5 :make sure the style of the brush is burlap Step 6 :now paint all over the background it should look like this

Step 7 : now click filters > blur > radial blur amount:90 quality : 100 Now your done it should look like this

Fireworks Tutorial 1 Creating a fire explosion. Step 1: Firstly, you must create a new
document. I prefer to use 150x285 when creating this image. There is no real reason; apart from the
computer I use to web design is pretty old and slow when dealing with heavy graphics manipulation. I
also use a resolution of 99 pixels per inch. This may not be everyone’s taste, but I find it perfect
for clear images when working with JPG. If you are using GIF slices, then you may want to make it a

1: Start a new image 6 by 1.5 inches 2: Press D 3: Select your paint paint fill bucket and fill
your area with black 4: Next render>Lens Flare your lens flare should look like this. 5: Next
you want distort>ripple and do this 6: Next you want to filet>pattern maker. Have your
setting as these and then click generate. 7: Next blur the lines of the images so it looks
like this. 8: Add hue/saturation if you want. Not though that a bright color may make your
blured lines visible....

Open up Adobe Photoshop (duh) 2. File 3. Press D to reset colors 4. Filter 5. Filter 6. Filter
7. Filter 8. Press Ctrl+F 2 times 9. Press Ctrl+U 10. Check Colorize 11. Move the tabs to
whatever you like 12. Your done! It's really cool for backgrounds for sigs and stuff...
