PAGE-2: How Long Did it take you to learn HTML related to html, xhtml, style, learn

Well, there are other option than HTML, XHTML and XML.

XHTML = a language between HTML and XML made because HTML is used so much but W3C prefers XML.

XML = is a language where you can make your own tags example: <MY tag><my subtag src="sdgfsdfgsfdgsdfgsdfgsfgsfdgasfgasfgasdfgasgfsg">.

it tool me about 4 days to get enough to make a basic site, and about 2 weeks to get it down pat altogether

I learned the most important things about HTML pretty quick, I guess I was able to make something decent looking after a week or so (which was three years ago). But I'm still learning news things and little tricks about HTML that make things easier ... that's the secret: never stop trying to improve your skills!

I learned HTML in a few weeks (the basics and some specified things), and I'm still improving my skills. (That's why I'm learning to use javascript, php and programming languages, that takes some more time)

The basics I learned in a few weeks mayb a month

But also have to go to school and stuff.. I'm now also learning PHP and that is harder... But I really don't know anybody that knows all the tags of HTML...

Ive been learning html for years, (from a few very thick books)
But it took me a while to figure out the basic parts.
At the moment im trying to learn a few languages at once.
cgi,html,php,javascript etc etc.

It took me a few days to learn HTML

I have plans to learn XML, XHTML, but i have thoughts if XML & XHTML is hard to learn?

Thanks for the link. I now know more about html and i can hopefully input some new-found knowledge in further sites that i build.
Html is a great language and i think it will be easy to learn if u have the determination and the time to learn.
For a beginner it should not take more than 2 weeks to learn enough html to build a site.
