When you request for assistance like this, always provide your cpanel name, your site and your current hosting credit count.
So what's your full story? When was your site suspended and was it due to lack of hosting credits? If so, when was the time you brought it up to above 4 and waited about 1 hour for the result? And what's your current hosting credit count?
Have you also checked your chmod settings for your public_html and .htaccess?

well..i changed my internet provider recently - unfortunately i wasnt able to post in trap. When i came back i had around -6 hosting credits - started posting like mad - and been waiting several hours.

Well, I checked your hosting and you're not suspended. I can see your website's phpbb just fine, among with other files.
If you're having trouble connecting to your cpanel and FTP, please double check your username and password or all other security setting including enabling Trap17 and your site as trusted site for your browser.

I just got web hosting approved and I want to host the site I created using Struts framework.

Hi all, I am not sure if this is the right place to post but I'm sure you'll tell
me if it's not. My problem is this: I have a website where I sell books and it's one of
those simpleton sites where I don't need to know code, I just click icons etc Anyway, I can
upload images to the server and need to have them in different resolutions and link from a thumbnail

well since i started web desighning i've always used internet explore (why?) well when i first
tried FF2, i wasn't a "web-designer" then so i didn't care much about css and htlm stuff, i

It was working the day before yesterday and then it started giving me error messages about not being
able to access the site. I can't access cpanel either. Neither page ever loads. I don't
have this problem with any other internet pages, just my site stuff on Trap17. My site's at

I still can't get to my website and cpanel, Tings I did: requested xisto to unblock my ip
cleaned my cache/cookies Did this with both IE and FF When I am @ my dads house he can acces my

Okay, so last night everything worked fine. I loaded up cpanel, fixed issues with the site after the
database move, etc. Today I'm unable to load up the site. It just keeps giving me ping
timeouts. With what I'm being told by others it is only me having this issue with my site, and
yet there have been 0 changes to my pc between it working and not. I have tried multiple times
during the day with no luck. Along with this, if I load my website using a proxy service then I do
not have any issues. The only time it will not allow me to access it is if I am "using" my....

Loads of people i know, who have very little HTML knowledge, use Piczo . And now, anyone with one
