Your question isn't very clear? What sort of personal picture you wanted to put up and where? If you are talking about avatar, you must go to your control panel and click on avatar setting or otherwise if you want to put your signature as image you can do the same from My Control.. still if you want to put your own personal picture in the forum - I suppose there is no such forum or board up here... you could be a little more descriptive... if your post is counted as directionless and spam, mod will delete both your topic and mine reply...

k, I found HOW to put a personal pic in the Cpanel, but it says I need permission.

Okay, I see what you're talking about. I am guessing that the Admin probably doesn't have that function turned on for the board.

personal picture is a completely different thing. Avatars are enabled, so you don't need to worry about the personal picture. no one has one.
