| | While the "CPanel Help" explains most items that may fall under the "How To" category, some items are still not covered. For example, I'm trying to figureout how to re-specify a root folder for one of my subDomains (discussed in the Technical Support forum). When I learn this glorious knowledge, where can I share it? Curently, users must browse through the TechSupport forum, reading endless questions and comments of confusion. I suggest a "How To" forum in which people can post short guide that are not covered in the general help system. No subjects like, "How do I bla, bla, bla..." but instead, "Adding bla, bla, bla is done like this". This way there is less confusion amoungst the community and people wont be asking the same old questions again and again and wasting time looking in the techSupport forum. |
