How Do U Enable Flash In Firefox?

Can some one help me? Every time I open flash sites the quick time plugin is used instead of the flash plug in can some one tell me how to change this?

You have 2 option 1 is use the install wizard for plugins of mozilla 1.0 u can see abode the tabs or go to the macromedia site and download the .exe
