I have a .mpg file and I need to replace some frames of the video with another frame that I have,
its saved as a .bmp (or.jpg) so I'll need a program that can edit at the frame level with importing
capabilities with picture files... ...anyone know of anything?...

when your displaying multiple rows from a database, its a good idea to page them, i.e. so that you
dont have a huge list of 100 rows from mysql on one page - rather, 10 on 10 pages, or 5 on 20
pages. This script allows you to create a flexible version of this. It can be shown in action
