I can't delete a little file using file manager in Cpanel. I'm trying to delete a .png
image, actually, I'm trying to replace it. The response comes back as a success, but when I
reload my site it's still there. Then I go back to the file manager and go up a level, then back
and WOOP! There it is! I'm beyond frustrated here. What is going on?...

hello, well i had created a subdomain and was transferring files into the folder i was disconnect
from the server many times while uploading the files via ftp once when i reconnect, i saw a file
with an unusual name something starting with preftp... i tried deleting the file, but it said that
permission was not granted to do that i tired deleting the complete folder and also tried deleting
the subdomain from the cpanel but it was of no use can anyone help me with this? thx for your time

I have a doubt to do what i want, so i am going to the point, m ysituation is that i have a trap17

Hey guys, I love how I have sendmail and my own email account here, but I don't know how to
access them. When I created my account, I put in my home email address because that's supposed
to be there. But instead of having my users email me at my home email account in my contact form, I
would like to have them email me here at trap17. I went into my Email Management and saw Add/Remove

First of all I would like to thank trap17 for their excellent and reliable free hosting. Second

hello guys!.... at last i discovered that using sendmail the mails i send, arrived directly to
the inbox folder in accounts like MSN or YAHOO!, that is very useful when you have a list to
some friends or some kind of newsletter. The bad thing is that i made it all with joomla!, it
had this option, but i would really like to have a script with this new form, do you have any idea

I set up a several email accounts on Cpanel, and am trying to forward the mail from some of them to
a gmail address. So far nothing's been forwarded. Also, when composing email, I've noticed

I installed a plugin and then I removed it from the ftp, but it seems their created folder is still
in my directory. When I try to remove it, I got a FTP 550 Permission denied error, how can I fix
this? I believe it is causing some problems with my other plugin. Also what is the default
permissions for any file? Can I set them to be a certain permission level, because I need them to be

This is probably a dumb question, but thought i would ask just to be sure. I have been using my
email that i get with my hosting, but have been using outlook express to read and write messages. I
was wondering though if i delete a message from outlook express by deleting it then going to the
trash and then empty the trash, is the message then deleted from my hosted website? I want to know
