Neither can I, but I believe that it is a site about yet another portal.
If you're not wanting to use forums, which I assume you aren't, it'll be tough. BBCode is actually a set of filters included with most forums which will allow the poster to safely display certain types of elements. You'd either have to get the filters from a forum system, or create themself.
