Help With Sql - Need values of some variables

i need to know this variables names:

cfg[server]: mysql-servername - ?
cfg[user]: mysql-username - ?
cfg[password]: mysql-password - ?
cfg[database]: mysql-database-name - ?
cfg[configdat]: configuration-table - ?

This variables are to my chat script in php and to installe it i need to know what to put in each field.
Please help me with this?

User, Password and Database are all variables which you create.

The server is 'localhost' and you can find configdat in the CPanel somewhere.
