I like the design, it certainly makes me want to return and look at the site when it is completed. I presume it will follow the same style? I don't know why but that font just seems to fit perfectly with the design. Nice work and I look forward to the finished article.

rite, hit a slight snag in it seems. . . . basicly. . . . what i want is to have the webpage content's background have a a glow with transparency, using an alpha channel, and the only way to do this is to use a PNG file.. . . . which isn't a problem. . . . the problem is IE is a big load of steaming s**t and doesn't support PNG Alpha transaprency. I've experimented and tried using alternatives to the fadding transparency but they don't look as good. But, i did read that Internet Explorer 7 is going to be released in the summer, which will have proper PNG support. This would give me a while to create my website fully, but on the other hand, only firefox and IE7 viewers wud be suported . . . . possibly other browsers but i don't currently have them installed so i'm not sure. . . . . . mmmmmmmmmm choices choices . . . . . . anyways. . . below are 2 screenshots of the WIP background graphics. They are not complete, not sliced up and do not represent the final quality of the website. The Wonderous IE  The Firefox (how the image SHOULD be displayed  comment on your opinions on my plans . . . . . do u think i should create the site for the users of the latest browsers and leave old IE users with crappy looking images?

Why don't you combine the bricks & paper images as one background image? That way you wouldn't have to worry about transparency.

Well, i thought of doing that in a number of ways and spent a long while last night experimenting. The problem is that the page will be centered. And this means that it will move for differernt screen resolutions, meaning i could create a perefctly fitting brick outline to fit for one resolution but with another it won't line up and will look out of place. I also tried creating an outline of slightly darkened brick colour to give the impression of a shadow/glow, but it didnt look very good on the background. I also was considering creating a a black area of the background image, like a broken wall or spray paint or soemthing, just again, the problem is in differernt screen sizes it might not align so well. On Other news, I've deceided to make my Blog Public. A fansite for Canadian Actress Zoe Belkin (1) Hi, I know this site is not very artistic but I've created it so that it can be seen on a 28
kbps modem with decent speed. So that it doesn't take a lot of time to load. So I've
designed a template & used it to display page specific content. This helps me to cache the design &
logos and change the [age specific content at a decent rate. I have myself tried to load the pages
with 33 kbps modem and it loads in almost 5 secs for the first time and later for the next pages it
just loads in a flash. Man it's awsome. I didn't think it will work in thios....

My New Portfolio Site
need a review if you have time thanks (3) I've always started projects and never finish because I try and do too much but this time I
figured out I really need my own protfolio site when going for a job you need one, people want to
see your work and having it online in one location would be much nicer then having them go to
different links, look in your CD/DVD or computer hard disk drives. I started this 2 days ago and
have the template almost solid. There is probably some bugs I'm missing but I'll try and

Finally Hosted on Trap17!!! (18) I've had a hosting account here at trap17 for a while now, but I haven't put any sites on it
until just now. I only had a few little subdomains in use for some testing and stuff. Now I have my

A short synopsis of my comic book project "Anything Goes" (7) I am currently working on my ongoing comic book and manga project called “Project: Anything Goes”.
