No, I only know basic functions of Turing (a language based on Pascal). According to my computer teacher, you must make an operating system that does simple stuff like addition/subtraction and file management to pass the IT course for Universities.

Aw. Well then. I am thinking about it even though I have no experience in the field. I guess we'll just have to see what I find out.
