One free web hosting site I came across fooled me into signing up with their promises of a PHP
Sendmail feature, SMTP, and mySQL. And dya know what i found out after wasting my time signing up.
Only the webspace and subdomain name were free, the rest you had to pay for it. What a rip off,

Xidomains has to be the best domain registar. They charge 7.99 per .com/.net/.org and 2.44 for
.info. On top of that they give free privacy which can cost 7 or 8 bucks. Even though I was
impatient and opened like 5 support tickets, Im defintley satisfied. I suggest everybody register
with them for dead cheap prices and privacy. Ive registered two domains with them and will register
more in the near future....

apart from trap17(because it is a no brainier, it is simply the best) what do you think is the 2nd

Sometime last month, I tried a web host called Perfect Free Webhosting (before I decided to go with
T17 again). They claim to have "instant activation," which it comes close. They also claim to have
good features (never got to try them all). However, I wasn't even with them for two days , and
somehow my site was deleted completely from their server. I went to their support forum, and
noticed a topic about an experience similar to mine. It turns out, many members (moost of the

Hey all, I've been wanting to post this topic for absolutely ages but you apparently have to be
hosted to post here... which I only get two days ago. This topic basically tells you the exact
reason I came to Trap17, by talking about my two previous hosts and why I left them. I would advise

This looks like an ok host. It uses flash on the HP like trap. It is like Computinghost and Qupis
combined.There is only one bad thing about it- you have to have your own domain to transfer to them
or buy one from them. And if you think about getting paid hosting from them- the link to the place
you do that is broken! I would rate this site a 7/10. The site is at http://www.afmu.com ....

Hey peoples, after a long while of absence I've returned to T17. I have concluded that some
paid hosting servers can never beat T17. I will not mention the name of the server, unless I have a
fiat for that, but here's the conclusion: About one and a half year ago I had my site(s) hosted
at Trap 17 for about a 9 to 12 months, in this period I had all... A server wich only costs posting
on a forum, 99% uptime (I never experienced a downtime longer then 2 hours, mostly my own bad

Now, obviously Tripod is another one of those big huge companies that give out really bad hosting
like candy. But here are my experiences with them. When I first signed up to be a member of Tripod,
I did not know much about HTML, or mkaing websites in general. I had no idea that it was so easy.
They have this online site builder, which sometimes may take a little bit to load (not too much) but
is actually really helpful when it comes to making a basic looking website for pretty much any
purpose. It is easy to navigate the builder, but sometimes it would take a while to ...

I don't know about you guys. But I had a horrible experience with Liquid H. I had just gotten
hosted after 150 posts and they canceled their service. Never have I seen such a bad service. No
notice or anything. I found their hosting to be great. Like this one. Just a little more space.
I loved it and thought it was great. I feel bad for anyone else that lost their hosting there....
