i m currently planning to upgrade my system , i use intel 845GVSR motherboard, but the graphic is
not upto the mark since i use the graphic accelerator of intel , nor do i have any graphic card,. i
m planning to purchase one , but my frens are advicing me to jus upgrade the RAM , i use 256mb ram ,
as its kinda enough for my daily usage , but since my cousins has come overr, he plays a lotta
games, now either i have to purchase a GRAPHIC card or RAM is a big dilemma for me. kindly let me
know the best graphic card available in the market, my budget is jus Rs 4500($...

I'm interested in upgrading my graphic card (only months old) because it's too slow when I
play BF2. Currently I have a 256mb 64-bit GeForce 7100 GS. I want to get a 512mb GeForce card but
there's a 256mb card with a higher bit-count. I don't know the difference between RAM and
Bit. i want to be able to set all the graphic settings to high and still be able to play the game
smoothly. Which should I get, the one with higher bit or ram? And please tell me what each spec
does to the video card....

Guys , i have got MSI graphic card with nvidia chipset in it,its called Nvidia Geforce fx 5200 ,
but the bad in my card is that it has no cooling fan attached with it,so sometime it gets tooooooo

I just recently dug up one of my old notebook computers and found out that there is a known graphics
problem with the toshiba laptops. The monitor has a wavy and distorted picture to it and its very
hard to move the mouse around. The cursor will start to fade in and out and all of the moving
objects will be very blury. Now i understand that this is an old laptop and it may be suppose to
have a blury video output, but the mouse fading shouldnt be happening i thought. Until i read up
online that alot of the same models and even newer models are having this problem. It does...

Lets say 50 years form now, how advanced will GPU's be? Its a good question, ive played the
latest top agmes and I am utterly blown away by the power and the detail. With the nex xBox 360 its
the same, I was blown away. The poeple, animations, animals, cars look REAL! What about 100
years form now! IMAGINE people what we are talking about. Subtract 100 years from this date that
you are curently living. Now what technology did they ahve then? add 100 years and boom you are abck

Hey everyone, i have a sucky graphic card that originally come with my compaq presario 2100
notebook. But i want to upgrade my notebook with a better one. Can i use something like geforce 4?
does it even fit in a notebook graphic card slot? if it doesn't what are some good notebook
graphic cards and how do i find out what kind of graphic card i have? i know that my card sucks
because when i play games like nba live, the graphic sucks compare to everyone else and its slow.

Intel wishes to reach even more for cheap (integrated) graphical solutions and is developing a new
solution on this department - GMA 950. We are talking about a solid graphic soltion, which will be a
part of i945G chip, what is interesting for the manufacturers of computers that are built to be used
in offices. So Dell and HP are very likely to use this option because it is cheap and enough

Some time ago Matrox introduced a new Matrox Millenium G550 PCIe, which runs on PCI Express x1. If
you find it difficult to understand that x1, you are right, because usually graphic cards use PCI

I'm planning to upgrade my computer soon. Right now i'm using a *BLEEP* Nvidia Geforce 2 mx
card, which can barely play any top of the line games, and i am planning to upgrade it soon.
Question is, which graphic card should i get? I haven't done any research yet, so i'm asking
on a blind whim. My friend has a Geforce FX 5700 and he says it runs like a charm... So, any
suggestions?...
