if you are on ps2 version:

cars fly:
square, down, L2, up, L1, circle, up, x, left

jet pack:
Complete the airstrip asset near Las Venturas then
Left, Right ,L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right

On what are you playing on PS2? XBOX? PC? You can also easily find how by searching for cheats on google or trainers if your using the PC Version.

hey, none of the cheats are possible but theres a thing called cheat device but you need a modded psp sorry i dont know where to get it but just search gta cheat device and you will find it good luck!
