Hi all, I am sure all of you are great programers but First i am no code programmer i am just trying to learn to run my sites, will the problem is i got a code from the web to protect my files ,1st i want to know how to work it out then i will try other things but can't let it go without a fight thanx all

now i can't access my files what is the method to access them
all i want is to protect the file not to be opened directly but how to implement it in a frame or something like
display the contents in a frame or echo the source code as the file is a customer data please i am stuck and can't launch this small site
Is this the only bit of code you got from the web? the reasn i ask is this, in a login system there are essentially three steps: 1] I enter my username/password 2] The website checks them to see if theyre correct 3] If they are correct i get to see the page, if not i go back to step one.
the bit of code youve got there is basically only step 3, so the problem is the user doesnt get a chance to enter their username and you dont have any code to see if its right so step 3 cant actually work on its own!
If you have other source code you got from the net then steps 1 and 2 might be in there which is good, otherwise i would suggest finding a better script, i did write one of my own but without any php experience you would find it quite difficult to modify it to fit around your site
I need some help. How can you get audio files from iTunes videos? iTunes videos don't import
into Windows Movie Maker so I don't know how. Is there a way to convert iTunes video files to

Everybody talks about meta tags, keywords, good title names and how they can increase page rankings,
etc. But I was wondering whether the page name itself holds any value in indexing. Yes, I am
talking about the web page file names (some-thing.html) NOT the one which you put in title tags. I
am going to express my views and want to know what you think is correct. I have seen pages named in
various ways like these: 1) my_web_page.html 2) DoYouLikeMyPage.html 3) hey-see-my-webpage.html (I
think this way is more appropriate) 4) this.is.a.page.html (somewhat confusing) ....

I have been supplied with a digital log book for use this semester and it comes in the form of a
.jar file and a .mdb file. I tried running it on my mac but it crashes every time but it seems to
run perfectly on windows xp. Does anyone have any ideas why? I thought .jar files would be
computable on any platform. ....
Hi there guys, I just bought a brand new Dell Inspiron laptop for $729.99. It has a
processing speed of 2.0ghz, 3GB RAM, and a 250gb hard drive. I'm really satisfied, especially
with the wireless internet and the fact that I can carry my computer around with me, allowing you to
use your computer in comfortable spots -- outside in the shade, on the train, or even in your bed
where I'm using it write now as I type. If you didn't already guess, this is my first
laptop. But I do have some issues. Does anyone happen to know an easy way to transfer some ....
It was working the day before yesterday and then it started giving me error messages about not being
able to access the site. I can't access cpanel either. Neither page ever loads. I don't
have this problem with any other internet pages, just my site stuff on Trap17. My site's at
www.jzambrano.trap17.com btw. This is one of the few times I'll need it up for sure so I'd
appreciate if the issue can get fixed in the near future. ....

more, but i just took the good ones mainly. There is also a small collection of 100 logos inside
the compressed file, which you can use to insert those graphics in your logo/design/web design
projects, do what you want with them ....
I still can't get to my website and cpanel, Tings I did: requested xisto to unblock my ip
cleaned my cache/cookies Did this with both IE and FF When I am @ my dads house he can acces my
website. So I guess it is still an ip problem. I did read some posts but couldn't find a

Okay, so last night everything worked fine. I loaded up cpanel, fixed issues with the site after the
database move, etc. Today I'm unable to load up the site. It just keeps giving me ping
timeouts. With what I'm being told by others it is only me having this issue with my site, and
yet there have been 0 changes to my pc between it working and not. I have tried multiple times
during the day with no luck. Along with this, if I load my website using a proxy service then I do
not have any issues. The only time it will not allow me to access it is if I am "using" my....
After all the troubles over the past week, I have everything set up, my access to MySQL databases
restored, however, I cannot access my webmail yet. I log in on the screen before you get the choice
which webmail to use (Squirrel, Horde or Roundcube), and when clicking on Horde I get "Login failed
because your username or password are incorrect", with Squirrel mail i get; "ERROR: Connection
dropped by IMAP server." and Roundcube (probably as the name implies) keeps going round in circles.
According to the opening screen of cpanel, I have 3 email accounts (as it should be)....
After all the recent problems, my account has been restored. I have setup my parked domain agin, and
that works fine. However, I can no longer access my MySQL databases (I can from PHPMyAdmin, but
that's all). I had to create a new user for my databases, and created the user with exactly the
same username and password I had before, but some of my web pages do not let me access the pages I

Is it possible to directly access my local database from my website? For example, if somebody
submits info on my website, the info they submitted would be transferred to my local database
directly. Is that possible? And if so, how do I set that up? The reason I don't want to upload
my database to my subdomain is because it would be difficult to keep the website database and my

Hi guys. I want t know if it is posible to have so many entries for one object in a field in MySQL.
I know my question may not be clear because I lack in terminology but pliz try and help. What I want
to do is for axample have a database of my clients with the following fields for every client:
fname, lname, more than one photos, contrubutions(comments, jokes, testimonials posted) etc. I want
to have the things like the photos in the same field but they have to be unique so that my php code
can deal with them individually llike they are coming from different fields.....

Does anyone know how to import .unl files into SQLServer 2000? My boss gave me this task to migrate
an old database into SQLServer. I don't have informix installed since the files were sent to me
via email. All files have .unl extension and I don't have a clue how to view them. I've
tried opening them using excel but it can't be read. Does anyone know how to do this? Or at
least know how to open/view the file using excel or any other program that could be easily migrated
to sqlserver? Please, I need to migrate the files as soon as possible. Thanks....

I like to experiment with a lot of things and I was thinking of making a sort of instant messenger

hey, i use to use Linux DC++ to download music from some hubs and i usually download it to
/home/downloads/ and then i move the files to my collection on another HDD a sata one, on
sda3/music/ but when i move the files using krushader root mode they become posessed by root and
amarok can't play them displaying a locker on the file's icon. I tried to " chmod 774 music
", where music is my music directory, as root in konsole but no luck. What should i do to make a
whole directory accessible from amarok as user?....

Okay, so I was trying to FTP these files over dreamweaver today... and it seemed to be working fine.
But then, certain files won't let me transfer from my hard drive to the internet, or the other
way around. It gives me this error message: QUOTE An FTP error occured - cannot put form1.html.
Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem. Anyway, I know
that the file does indeed exist. I've opened it on my hard-drive... and it is there. But it
won't let me upload this one or certain other ones with the FTP. So I went o....
hey i have learnt this nice way to open mov files in imageready and insert them in sigs,graphics and
other stuff its really cool,this only works with .mov files and i really need to know if sumone here
can do that,i need to change a wmv file into a .mov file so i cant add the movie to a sig,i have
tried many video format conversion programs but they dont accept the mov format,the mov format is a
