For those who didn't the email is saying I'm using 80.51% of my disk space, when clearly looking at the bottom of the screen I'm only using about 3%.
I'm pretty sure this is from gmail as it was sent from my account to me, so I'm guessing it's gmail warning me I only have a limited amount of space. But how can this be? I thought gmail offer over 2Gbs of space. Has anyone else had this?
And if so do you know where I can find the contact details for my admin so I can ask them to increase my limit? Thanks.
well i can't see anything in the link which you provided. And mate gmail is offering more than 2gb of space. No doubt about it..since i myself is using about 71% till now..
Well, I do notice something on the top right which says "mailed by gamma.xisto.com" which means, your webspace is filled up by that much percentage and not your Gmail account.
ou.. i recived that some time ago, and i thinked its from my other gmail account and didnt care about that. why there is no clue what is all about in that email ??? and why its spoofed mail ? i mean it looks like its send from my email ? a lot of people will going to be confused. btw i dont know why did i get that message then, i looked and i didnt have 80% of baindwidth, something triped out
Ah LOL it makes sense now. Yeah it looked like gmail sent it to me from my own account. Tis a bit strange. Would be nice if it said something about it coming from trap17. Anyway thanks for clearing that up.

Anyways it supposedly has more memory and stuff. Dont worry though i have like 120 messages and thats all i have used up. So dont worry your self and all. And only trust the stuff that comes from google.
I think OpaQue just answered that post guys. I know people who have used 90% of their mail by storing stuff on it. I highly doubt that it would be running out. Besides, why would it just be you targeted at having almost all you mail space used up while others stil had plenty. Thanks OpaQue.
is there a download manager that i can use to manage my downloads of GMAIL attachments ? i want to
queue up my downloads in such a way that i can simply leave it running in the background (and
possibly resume downloads too, if connection is lost). anybody with relevant experience in this

i have been using gmail for quite a while, and have always hated hotmail. i hate it now more than
ever now that it is 'windows live mail'. however, there has always been something about
gmail that bugs me: how on earth do i get rid of all that spam? i mean, doesn't it ever bug you
when you have 3 new messages in your inbox, and then 56 bits of spam? and then you have to manually
head to the spam folder, and delete them all? i know gmail offer you a lot of space and i know the

I believe many must be aware of the mishap in Gmail last week, as few of the accounts got disabled
due to some reason. One of my friend was also a victim of this... But Good that Google retrieved

I came across this topic which basically says that you can use Gmail to store your files. If

Well gmail seems to be that popular one that is authentic and easy to use. It seems to be the
fastest AJAX version of mail compared to AOL, Yahoo, and the ugly Windows Live Mail. But isn't
that just a bit too bizarre... there seems to be so many features... what is Gmail missing? Google
is such a large and rich company, what are they not going to be able to afford. For one thing
Windows Live Mail certainly is missing a lot... no POP3 no mail forwarding and really crappy

Hey everyone! While surfing the internet I found out an intersing report..which claims that
Gmail is using Sophos as the antivirus. This guy used a free service in which he sent out some
malwares and that service gave out the report of major antiviruses...like which one detected it and
which didnt. And then he compared it with Gmail....and the results show that Gmail found out
exactly the same malwares which sophos found...so that means there algorithm is same...so it has to

hi i have a gmail account well a couple of them and i know that someone has been getting on my
account and screwing with it however i dont know how im supposed to get on and change my password.
i've tried even getting them to send me information and what not when i forget my password but

Since moving to Pakistan, I've been appalled at the poor internet service here. Especially since
the cable has gone down, things have only gone from bad to worse. Now with the satellite links
things are slowly moving again. I can finally access Yahoomail, hotpop mail, all my other mail
accounts. But for some reason gmail won't work. The google search engine works fine, but when i
try to access the mail section i get a page not found error. is this possibly only a local problem,
or is it something that others have found as well? i imagine not, or there would be a ....

Anyone of you using Gmail might have noticed the amazing counter that keeps counting up for more

gets about 2GB of storage. Of course as a normal user, I may not use up all of them in the near
