Babelfish give you the option to add translation to your site using their code if you want. The instructions are here. Google, as far as I am aware, doesn't allow you this service, and neither of them release the code that they use to translate. Just remember that most of these translation things aren't that good. For example, one kid in my German class used a translator for his coursework, and managed to change "It was boring" to "Es hat gebohrt", meaning that it drilled (or bored), a dead giveaway.
Nope, you cannot use any source code for google translate, if you do a simple google search you can find better translators that give you the offer to embed code so that you cn use an on-site translator...
I don't think that source code is a simple code so you can easily implement on your website. Also I can't see any good reason for google to release it to public.

Google Translate is not too bad. It is much better than http://www.freetranslation.com but it can
not beat http://dictionary.reference.com/translate/ . Just try it and you will see. The
translations are more accurate and it is a real lifesaver. Let us say that Google Translation will
save you from falling off your bike, but Dictionary.com will stop a bullet for you /tongue.gif"

Okay, i hate french, i have this horrible teacher who picks on me. she won't let me move down a
set and she treats me really unfairly. For example if somebody talks, she would tell them to stop,
if i talk i'd get a detention. Anyway translator is very good. I do every piece of homework
with it and my teacher think im trying hard. Ha, that shows her. The only problem is that it's
not all way write eg. If you type in watch you will come up as wrist watch instead of watching with
your eyes. Other than that its pretty good...
Try this, 1. Open browser then go to google.com 2. click 'language tools' 3. Write
"Britney's mom is very nice" in 'Translate text:' textbox. 4. Select "English to
Spanish" in the below combo. 5. Press Translate and wait for translation. 6. Now copy the translated
text from the above text and paste it in the 'Translate text:' textbox. 7. Select "Spanish
to English" in the below combo. 8. Press Translate and wait for translation. 9.See what happens You
