| | It will be a year now since I hosted the first download pack of renders for people to use in their sigs, templates, wallpapers and more. of course on other sites I had many fights about it and what not, but I guess when you have renders that are easier to download instad of spending hours saving them on individual pages it would make sense.
So thanks for Downloading them and what not also if you have a bunch of renders that you have made and have a pack in zip or rar let me know and I upload them to the site for other people to enjoy. |

Grats mikey, I remember back when you first started that and we were chatting on aim or msn or something when it hit 50. A thousand times that many later, it's still going strong. 50,000 is a great achievement, nice job.

Prevent People From Linking To Your Downloads

download url (those that are like image.php?id=0). To prevent this, you can add a piece of code to
the download pages that checks which page referred them to the download page: if it's your
domain, it downloads the file normally, if it's not, it will redirect to your home page instead.
Important: Not all browsers log referrers, so this won't work depending on the browser the
visitor uses and this method can be also bypassed, but it will work for for the major part....

(1) We finally did it, 1 year 3 months 3 day's it took us to reah our next mile stone in render
downloads, although I hae since retired from render collecting I still post it around to help others

The Downloads On My Site

Instead it uses the same window and goes to the link that it was linked to go to. All of my
