SOMEONE's losing money...No ads, just domain name giveaways? Surely there HAS to be a catch... 3. Just how many posts do you need before you get a free domain? 4. Unless you know absolutely everything and anything about DNS, domains etc etc, you would have to comb google searches for enough knowledge...
The service would probably be questionable. Like detportal says, the company cannot possibly enjoy any benefit from giving away free hosting. But of course, in that situation, you might bring up Trap17. Thankfully, we can be assured of Trap17's validity due to the fact that there is a paid service that could bring in money, and advertising accounts for some of it as well. But with this domain thing...I'm not so sure. I'm not even certain if there is any actual moderation of what is posted on the boards.
But people love free things. Detportal, once you try it, let us know how it works out and if it has any merit at all.

I've seen things like this before. You probably need to do a heck of alot of posting to get it, but i suppose if you cannot buy a domain this is next best thing...
Yesterday, Rok posted exactly the same thing! And the funny thing is, both are new members who have posted less than 3 times. The only difference is that Rok also tried to post a referral link. Perhaps you should look at my response to Rok's post regarding DDBoard.
In response to rldowling, their forum is not as strict as trap17's. although this means that genuine members who wish to gain information will be disadvantaged, there is nothing to stop you copying and pasting articles into their forums. So if you're merely there to gain a domain name, like some people are merely here to get free hosting, you can go nuts. Spam, copy and paste articles etc etc. I must say trap17 has encouraged a lot of forum disclipine in users. I find that I now post long, quality posts in all forums i visit since i started posting here on trap17.
And no offence, but are you two employed by DDBoard to refer new members?
edit: AHA! In the registration form, it asks if you were referred by another member!
I know that dotworlds offers dot domain names, and I have registered 4 of them, but I don't
know how they work? It says that you have to have a plugin to view the domains registered from
dotworlds, but I'm trying to figure out how to redirect the domain to the one I own. I've
registered http://jesus.christ from dotworlds, and I want it to redirect to
http://theheavenlyfather.com . What do I do?...

that dosent have advertisements and I my mate found me one if you go on google and search .co.nr

I searched to see if anybody mentioned Powerbullet, but didn't see it. Powerbullet Presenter
can make basic flash animations with pictures, test and shapes, but it is no where near as powerful
as Macromedia Flash. They do have a support forum, and I have gotten alot of help there. I have
also tried other free flash software: LiveSwif (button maker), and Advanced Effect Maker, neither of
which are as easy to use a Powerbullet. LiveSwif is nolonger in business, so there is no support
