hello, in the Preinstalled Scripts / Addon Scripts , in the cpanel, there is a script called Geeklog 1.3.9 that doesn't seem to be working fine. it says the installation was complete, but when i try to access the new page or admin interface, i get an error.. - when i try to access the new page, you can see it for yourself @ http://ket.trap17.com/geeklog/ - it just shows all the files under the /geeklog dir. - when i try to access admin interface, i get this error: CODE Fatal error: Call to undefined function: com_refresh() in /home/ket/public_html/geeklog/admin/index.php on line 34 is there something wrong with that script? or is it just me? thanks. -----edit------ i just tried to install another script and received another error. this time i tried PostNuke, and when trying to access the new page, or admin interface, i get this error: CODE Warning: main(includes/pnAPI.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ket/public_html/postnuke/index.php on line 31

Addon Domains
What exactly are they? (2) Sorry if I should have read certain bits of the forum for an answer to my question, but I have
looked and cannot seem to find it in the usual topics. I would like to find a bit more about
domains, and especially addon ones. I see from my cpanel that you can have 9 parked domains and 9
addon domains. At the moment I am using 1 parked domain, which I use as an address for my website
and email. I did it like that since that was the way I was advised to set up my domain. But, if that
is the purpose a parked domain serves, then what are addon domains? Can you, just like wit....

Backup Not Working [resolved]
(5) I am trying to backup my files on my account(in preparation for the next server disaster), and I am
unable to download it. In my CPanel I goto the back-up screen to generate a full backup. Once
that's done and its ready to be downloaded, It only downloads to 13% or 50mb before stopping.
With and without a download manager. It doesn't help that resume is not supported in download
managers. I have too many files on my account to backup with an FTP client, that would take hours
and hours. What can I do to get a backup of my account?....
File Manager Not Working
(2) When I goto upload files using the file manager(legacy mode), the files do not upload correctly.
Every time I try to upload a file, it takes the time to upload it, but the file always comes out
being 0kb so it does not upload the file. Why is this happening?....

to put the ip address of my trap17 hosting account. The main domain works out perfectly after
changing the DNS to trap17 ip in my domain registor. Now the problem is when i tried adding a
another domain from the same registor to my Addon domains. I changed the DNS setting as like before
in my domain registor, same ip of trap17 hosting account, waiting it the Dns setting updateds as it

My Subdomain Not Working
imbibe.in (3) I have a addon domain in my account (ramansingla.info): imbibe.in All subdomains on imbibe.in work
fine but one. ike.imbibe.in isn't working. It's more than 24 hrs that I created it. Also

Access to my database from program not working anymore. (0) I was wondering if something has changed in the MySQL or PHPMyAdmin section of Trap 17. (Hope I am
explaining this correctly). I run a newsletter system on my website and the details of the people

and therefore isn't bogged down with the same repeated code over and over, which allows me not
