Ftp Trap17 Account Help Please - cPanel issues and can't upload files

A few days ago I tried to log into cPanel on my site (www.liamssite.trap17.com) and it didnt work.
Also, whenever I try to upload a file (I use filezilla) I get this:

I have 11 hosting credits, so that's not the problem. Can anyone help me?
Although I doubt this is case but when is the last time you successfully were able to log into your cpanel? The reason I say this because awhile back we had some issues with someone brute forcing themselves into hosting accounts here on trap because of simple passwords. I would suggest contacting the admin at xisto support about your password problem so they can cross reference the log in to your account, and maure to provide them with your cpanel username, url and your IP number just in case thats the issue. If its not then I would suggest doing some serious posting and get about 15-20 credits and then change your password which requires 15 to change, but just double check to make sure the first scenario didn't happen.
um... you could try instead of logging in using www.liamssite.trap17.com but just using liamssite.trap17.com Also try typing out your username and password one by one, instead of just typing them in normally. You cPanel password could be different from your forum password since you get you choose it when signing up for it... Also according to the error report your password is wrong. As I said before type it in one by one. Also what FTP client are you using? make sure you are using one that is up to date, and you might want to consider using IPv6 since it supports it and it is a better version. Also you are kind of low on credits, if it doesn't work get 20 hosting credits and just apply for a password change. Also check that your options are correct. So that it might be blocking you out unless it has a certificate or something...
Try using ftp.liamssite.trap17.com as the host/server. It appears that you are attempting to connect to liamssite.trap17.com instead of ftp.liamssite.trap17.com.

Aww, this is a pain. I've almost got 15 credits now though.
I know this is a very basic advice and probably you have already tried, but check the caps lock button... sometimes the smaller things are the annoyest ones.
Before you reset your password, send me (PM) your login info so that I may give it a go. This will tell me if the authentication error is at your end or at the server's end.

I changed my domain from tf2maps.trap17.com to fearclan.trap17.com recently, and when I did,
everything was working fine, except cpanel became really ugly with this rvblue skin that I
couldn't change, and fantastico and phpmyadmin weren't working. Can I get my skin changed

Not sure what the issue is. I cannot even load up any of the cpanel's to allow me to put in a
password. I have tried the link that is located in the Credit System 2.0 I have tried the links
with subdomain/cpanel I have tried the links with subdomain:2082 All 3 of these just give page

I had this setting done before, but I replaced the file and need to know how to do it again. That
is, increasing the max upload limit. It currently is set to 2mb(on my forum for uploading), and I
would like to increase it. I think that the limit is software related and not host related. How

Hi there. I have been trying to upload a zip file only about 2mb to my account through CPanel.
First I tried uploading it to a new folder in public_ftp. Then i tried to put it in the main part
of public_ftp. I also tried the same thing in public_html. It shows the file being uploaded, and i
get 100 %, but alas, when i look in the folders nothing is there. Is there a restriction on .zip
files? I have had no problems as of yet uploading htm and html pages. Please let me know ASAP.

I can't delete a little file using file manager in Cpanel. I'm trying to delete a .png
image, actually, I'm trying to replace it. The response comes back as a success, but when I
reload my site it's still there. Then I go back to the file manager and go up a level, then back

Before I was able to login within my Cpanel without problem but now I try to login and it states
"Login Attempt Failed!" which makes no sense. I made sure nothing was written incorrectly within

Gamma Servers' Problem

Okay I see a lot of chaos all around and my site zoebelkin.co.cc is still down. Everything including
FTP, CPanel etc are down. My site is on the gamma server. I see that all the servers are moved
around a lot and the IP blocks also changing. So what is the new IP set for 'gamma'. When
doing a reverse check on gamma I see it is still assigned to it's previous IP but when I'm
trying to access the previous IP's port 80 then I get a Server not found error. Also the
gamma.xisto.com name for the server fails to open the default Apache page which it used to ...
I tried downloading my email from website this morning and Thunderbird said it couldn't access

Hello, I am trying to add an email account, but I'm having problems. When I go into my Cpanel
and attempt to add an email account I get a message similar to "the account you are trying to
create, You have exceeded the maximum number of email accounts , with the password password
