I use Microsoft FrontPage 2003 and it works wonders with FrontPage Extensions. It also helps if you know how to use it, because lots of people say it makes bad codes. 8)

If you know what you're doing and your way around HTML, you'll do just fine.

Martin is Right...Dreamweaver does have more features but,
Frontpage is easier to use unless you get the Dreamweaver Educational Edition.

Another good html editor is Hot Dog ... I have also used Frontpage a lot but sometimes it adds code to the page or moves the code around so usually I end up going back to Hot Dog. Rather than using ten different editors, I tend to stick with a few that I know a lot about.

Dreanweaver is good to visualize the code. but i think that nothing is better than the good old notepad... so at least you won't have some useless codes. what i usually do anyway is using a 2d software such as photoshop or paint shop pro and design the layout. then export it as an html page(with an image mapper so you can "cut" your page like a table). then write my own code for extras (roll overs, texts, CSS, bits using flash etc...). and finally clean it all up to remove useless code!

Websites - What Do You Think Is Important?
(10) I'm sat here uploading content to my site, & it occured to me I may be going over the top a bit.
I dont want to confuse members with masses of options, but then I want to offer plenty to keep them
interested. So what (as a member) would you like to see? I currently have things like an arcade
with high score tables, hot or not section, shop, java shoutbox etc, all the usual stuff like news

what would be important to you? Im asking as if you are viewing this you must have....
Do You Ever Feel Like Giving It All Up?
Forums, websites, the internet... (15) I've made all sorts of online friends in the past, and I got bored and just moved on. Now
there's a new group and I just don't know. Maybe it's because I've spent this
Saturday night having a few drinks and sitting on the internet with nothing to do. Does anyone else
ever feel like just giving it all up? I feel like I am stuck in a rut. I haven't learned
anything new design wise lately, either. That usually makes all of this exciting again. Has anyone
else ever thought like this? What did you do about it? I'm such a nerd. /sad.gif" style="....

Danish Websites Hit By Dos Attacks And Defacements
Sorr if ofn (2) QUOTE Danish websites hit by DoS attacks and defacements Humphrey Cheung 10 Feb 2006 01:23 In
the past week, hundreds of Danish newspapers, blogs and other websites have been hit by hackers.
Most of these attacks were Denial of Service attacks, which are easily done by sending a flood of
traffic against a website. In other attacks, hackers defaced the websites to show anti-Danish
messages including calls for boycotts and violence. These attacks come after Muslims denounced
newspapers from several European countries, Denmark in particular, for printing cartoons of....
Social Websites
websites that create communities - what is your experience? (1) Social software on the web is of course not a new phenomenon. We all know friends reunited and
similar pages. But I noticed that there seems to be a new wave of social websites. The first one
for me was the Plaxo . An excellent address book, that automatically updates the entry of your
friends details, when they change their records, and you don't have to worry about not knowing
their address anymore or loosing touch. They keep your address up to date. And everytime you or your
friend change something in their address, it automatically updates it in your section as....
A Complex Question About Websites And Businesses
Not easy to explain so please read. (9) Note to moderators: I have searched as much as I can to find an appropriate forum for this topic,
but finding none, have put it here. I do not feel it should be here though, so if you know a better
place for it, please move it. Thanks! Ok, I've got a real tough question that I know has not
been asked before and may be difficult to answer, because it's not a question that's asked
everyday. It's about business. Say that the manager of one company decided to start up his own
website. Another company, who already has a website up (or just made one aswell....

/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' /> once upon a time, there
were two websites: itchysquirrel and lastofthedotcoms. the latter admired the former and considered
it a "funny" site, so it asked the former for a link exchange. yup, "add our site link on your site,
we add yours" kind of deal. /tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif'
