Personally I prefer MyBB which is My Bulletin Board. It is rather similar to this one (Invision Power Board) but is free. I don't know though how many modifications are out for it because I never really looked into it though. As for a second place, PHPBB is definately a good board. I suggest SMF (http://www.simplemachines.org/) ! a realy good free forum script, easy to install, with no bugs. seeya

i say phpbb, it's the only one i have ever used and is my favorite.. you can donwload many styles at the site so.

And phpbb3 is now downloadable in Beta with some pretty serious changes to the scripts. Apparently a Major Overhaul, especially in the Admin Panel.

I think i like the sound of the myBB.. You see i create wap/mobile sites mainly not web sites. I use a mobile version of opera to browse the web alot (like now) and phpBB is nasty an slow for my device. This forum is ok. So im pretty sure i will go for myBB. I need it for more advanced members of my wap site to post snippets etc as doing this on wap or in wap chat/forums often causes many errors even after its been filtered. Thanks for the advice ;-) --- I have tried it and its great! There are some mods including a shout box, download section, photo resize, and more i forget. I added shout box.

I just installed phpbb an agree it is good.. I wanna look now make sure i made the right choice with mybb (still think i have). What about punbb? That don't look to bad.

In phpbb (2) I am having forum trouble in phpbb. Whenever I go to post something or add someone to a group or

Ipb Multi Forum (hosting Mod)
installation help? (6) Hi, i need a little help if possible, i have a multi forum hosting mod for ipb 1.31 ok.. I want to
install this but the install text included is a little unclear.. I already have a copy of ipb 1.31
installed and running (with users and posts), i want to install this mod but i also want to keep all

wappy is not so great with web scripts :-) (7) ok i feel a little silly posting this as im sure the answers are simple but im really not used to
working with pre-made web scripts that have so many files: Q1. I have added a real cool army theme
to my phpBB with a matching smiley set and its looking good, i also have the matching rank icons but
where on earth do i upload them in the script? Q2. Which file in my template/style/script do i need
to edit to place some extra links at the bottom of my index page, for example a link back to my main
