i had lisence of it. ok then can i use phpbb without having its lisence? what about smf?

phpBB and SMF are freeware. Meaning you can download them on there official site, for free, legally.

So, yes, you can use them without a "license". They're free. Infact, Trap17 offers them preinstalled when you become hosted.

If you become hosted(we'll need to work on your post quality a bit), you can go into you "Fantastico" and you'll see a large list of software to install for free. phpBB and SMF are apart of this list.
Neither programs I would suggest, IPB or vB is well worth the 70-80 bucks they charge.
